We'll call on the Supervisor, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Intelligence Officer, Chief Technology Officer, the decision-makers
Asian Americans have contributed so much to our country, but are acknowledged in small paragraphs and footnotes of our history books, which lead to the dehumanization and perpetual foreignness placed upon us.
I was never taught our history, and I'm sure many of you haven't either. I learned about much of it from watching the @PBS series, Asian Americans, that premiered in May 2020. It gave me so much pride and strength.
It would do so much for our kids, who are entering a world with so much hate and animosity for people who look like them
There has been a recent passage of ethnic studies requirement in California, but we need a more comprehensive focus on all of our histories, and professional development for our teachers to convey these studies properly
